This schedule separates the filing fee breakdown for each pleading filed. Each New Case,
Application, Motion, or Post Judgment Filing references the filing fee breakdown code.
Furthermore, this schedule separates the new, subsequent, issuance of citations, notices,
writs, and service of process/issuance. To determine amount of fees/court cost due at time of
filing, please calculate:
