PAYMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS:
The WUE Scholarship reduces your base non-resident tuition charges to the equivalent of 150% of base resident tuition for
the same number of credits. The WUE Scholarship discount will be applied to your OSU billing account at the beginning of each
academic term if you are enrolled full-time. Full-time enrollment is dened as 12 or more credit hours per term. The actual amount
of the scholarship will be determined based on the number of credits in which you are enrolled each term. The WUE Scholarship
only applies to on-campus, base non-resident tuition charges. All other university charges, such as Ecampus tuition, dierential
tuition, fees, and room and board charges, are not eligible for the WUE Scholarship discount.
Degree Partnership Program (DPP) students must designate OSU as their home school, register for a minimum of 6 credit hours
at OSU, and meet the overall full-time enrollment requirement in combination with the designated partner school each term to be
eligible to receive the award. The WUE Scholarship will only be applied to OSU credits. Credits taken at the partner school are not
eligible for the WUE Scholarship discount.
SCHOLARSHIP RENEWAL:
The WUE Scholarship will be renewed for up to three additional years (9 terms) beyond the rst year, for a total of up to four years
(12 terms) of support, provided the following terms and conditions are met:
NON-RESIDENT STATUS: You must maintain your status as a non-resident student from a qualifying WUE state or territory.
CONTINUOUS FULL-TIME ENROLLMENT: You must maintain continuous full-time enrollment each term. Full time
enrollment is dened as 12 or more credit hours per term. Students unable to maintain continuous full-time enrollment
must notify the Scholarship Oce in writing prior to the start of the term in question to request an award hold. Students
who fail to meet the continuous full-time enrollment requirement will forfeit all remaining terms of scholarship eligibility.
EARN AT LEAST 36 CREDIT HOURS EACH YEAR: You must maintain satisfactory progress towards an undergraduate
bachelor's degree by successfully earning a minimum of 36 credit hours each academic year. Credit hours earned while
participating in an OSU-sponsored program (e.g., DPP, study abroad, etc.) will be accepted towards the yearly credit hour
requirement. Credits you earned in high school (through IB, AP, or dual enrollment) DO NOT count toward the total
credit hours required for renewal.

Evaluation of your overall GPA will be completed annually in June.
