with manufacturer-installed air bags, a manufacturer-installed roll cage, and for
each occupant a manufacturer-installed three-point safety belt system, (4) having
antilock brakes, and (5) designed to be controlled with a steering wheel and pedals.

Pearl Harbor Survivor

for vehicles and trailers. Qualified applicants are individuals who were a
member of the United States Armed Services, on station in Oahu, Hawaii
during the attack on Pearl Harbor on the morning of December 7, 1941,
separated with a characterization of honorable and are members of the
Nebraska Chapter of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. §60-3,122
