Click on the Look Up icon next to the
“Land Use (Corelogic)” field

Search Public Records by Residential Property Type
A Find the Value screen presents
Select the desired field(s) by clicking on it/them to highlight
Note: Hold down the control or command key to select multiples
To focus a search on residential properties only select:
Sfr
Condominium
Townhouse/Rowhouse
Residential Lot
Duplex,
Triplex
Quadruplex
Click “Add” and selections
will appear under Current Selection
Note: Use the “Remove” button to remove undesired selections
Click “Ok” to add the “Selected Fields” to the search criteria

Your selections are now a part of your search criteria
Once the desired criteria have been entered/selected click on the Set/Clear
Defaults icon
A popup presents
Click “Set currently selected search criteria as my starting default”
