How to Search for a Real Property Account
1. From the MyTax.DC.gov homepage, view the “Real Property” area and click on “Search Real
Property by Address or SSL.”
2. From there you would type in your Address or SSL.
3. Type in a Square/Suffix/Lot or Street Address then click “Search”.
4. Then “Search Results” will come up at the bottom of the page with the SSL, Premise Address,
Owner Name and 2021 Assessment. Click on the SSL to go to the property information.
