ntroduction: This agreement details the applicability of AA, AS, AAS, AIS, or ATS degree programs from the Sinclair
Community College to the BTAS Applied Administration (Online) at University of Cincinnati Online. Students who
complete an AA, AS, AAS, AIS, or ATS at Sinclair Community College will enter the BTAS Applied Administration (Online)
program at junior status.

rticulation Overview: Graduates from Sinclair Community College who have completed an AA, AS, AAS, AIS, or ATS
degree program and are accepted into the University of Cincinnati Online will enter with a maximum of 60 hours of
transfer credit applicable toward the BTAS Applied Administration (Online) degree.

Complete a UC Admission Application for the BTAS Applied Administration (Online) program (including providin

Pay UC Matriculation fee
Minimum GPA: 2.00
BTAS Completion: The BTAS Applied Administration (Online) is a bachelor’s degree completer program. Designed for
students who have earned an associate degree, to be completed in 5 continuous semesters as outlined in the attached
Transfer Degree Map appendix. UC General Education requirements must be satisfied for graduation. If UC General
Education requirements are not completed within the AA, AS, AAS, AIS, or ATS degree program, any missing
requirements will be completed within the remaining 60 hours of the BTAS Applied Administration (Online) program. UC
academic advising staff will work with each transfer student to develop the most expedient pathway to graduation.
Admission Period: Sinclair Community College students must be admitted to the University of Cincinnati Online during
the duration of this agreement (i.e. between August 2022 and August 2025).

XECUTION, DURATION AND REVIEW OF AGREEMENT:
This agreement becomes effective upon its signing by both Colleges and will remain effective for three years. At the end
of this time, the agreement will be reviewed and may be renegotiated. Sinclair Community College and the University of
Cincinnati Online agree to keep one another informed as program changes affecting the agreement occur. Both
Colleges will agree upon any future additions and/or amendments to this document in writing.

agreement will be reviewed on an annual basis and is subject to change due to revisions in program curriculum.

Curriculum Equivalencies
All coursework completed in the Sinclair Community College AA, AS, AAS, AIS, or ATS degree program (up to 60 credit
hours) will be applied to the BTAS Applied Administration (Online) program and will satisfy the first 60 credit hours
required for graduation. The remaining 60 credit hours at the University of Cincinnati will meet the 120 credit hours
required for graduation.
