CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
1. Meet the bus/van at your designated location and time. Buses or vans will only wait 15 minutes past
designated departure time if you have not arrived by then, the bus will depart.
2. Please accompany your child to the check in area, sign them in and remain with them until they board
the bus/van to Wolf Ridge. Sta members and drivers will help load luggage.
3. Please remind your children of the bus/van rules to ensure a safe experience.
4. Once your child boards the bus/van, you release them to the care of the Wolf Ridge sta.
INFORMATION & RULES
• Campers must remain seated.
• Windows remain closed (there is air conditioning on the bus and van).
• Campers should use inside voices while traveling.
• The bus/van may make restroom stops as necessary along the trip. Head counts are required each time
the group boards and disembarks.
• Please plan to eat lunch before arriving or provide your own lunch or snacks for the ride to Wolf Ridge.
On the last day of camp on the way home, campers will be provided with snacks.

You must pre-register and prepay to ride the bus/
van to or from Wolf Ridge. Please be aware that
Wolf Ridge sta do not handle money. To register

Starting in 2019, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is working closely with the city of
Duluth to improve trac ow on I-35.
CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION
SUMMARY OF WORK
Replace 35 bridges and reconstruct I-
35/I-535/Hwy 53 interchange to improve
safety by:
• Providing a new conventional design
• Relocating all exits and entrances to the
right side of the roadway
• Improving merging sight distance and
eliminating merge conicts
• Eliminating weaving problems near the
interchange
• Providing lane continuity for through I-35
trac
IMPACT ON PICK UP/DROP OFF
This may cause delays in arrival and/or depar-
ture times from camp. While we don’t know
the ocial impacts, we encourage you to use
Google Maps or the MnDOT Trac Website
at http://www.511mn.org for more up-to-date
information on time delays and construction
information,
IMPACT THE WOLF RIDGE BUS
The bus leaves from Wolf Ridge at 8:30 AM on
Saturday mornings. Please understand that we
do our best to watch the trac conditions. With
this in mind, we have altered our drop o times
on Saturday’s and will stay in contact with par-
ents/guardians if they are altered greatly from
those new times.
